How to quit Bad Habits

There  is one saying "You can't imagine different result by doing the same thing again and again."

First of all, I want to tell you can't quit your bad habits. But of course, you can you replace your bad habit into good or best habits.
If you really want to be better in your life, you must change your habits at first. But it is not easy to change your habits.
To change your habits you have to find your keystone habit which effects your all life. Then you can change your habit. You can change only one habit at once.
To change your habits you need high willpower, patience, and high potential. Sometimes you can't do at once. At that time you have to try again and again cause when you can do it for a few days definitely, you can change your life.

 You can use 21 days habit challenge. In this challenge, If you repeat a habit for 21 days it will be your daily routine. If you repeat a work for 21 days it will be your routine even you done like this work.
