Be conscious and motivated

Luck is not a thing you can adopt or buy, it is the situation and feeling that comes from your inner heart. Motivation is like the same.
Staying motivated takes enough effort and energy in this disturbing world.

Lucky is the person who have strong will power and create mindset to stay motivated all the time.

To feel relax, positive and motivated you can follow one of these techniques below:-

> Listen your favorite song

Note: Always try to listen happy and remix song not emotional and sad songs.

> Being present moment
    Being is present moment is the best stage to reduce stress, anxiety and stay motivated and focused.
You can meditate, use quick techniques like taking deep breathing.
Smile is the best stage to be in present moment. Because you can’t smile frequently when you are thinking.

> Stop Negative
    You can’t imagine thinking negative but work positive.
Negative thinking always drag you down. Making zero thoughts or thinking positive increase your will power and confidence.
Therefore, change your negative thoughts into positive thoughts.
