Benefits of Reading Books

Reading book is the best habit to grow yourself. When you start reading it feels tough but if you do this for a few days you can easily read 10 to 20 page without any distraction.
In the research found that most common habit of successful and multimillionaire is reading book. They read at least 1 book a week.

>Food for Brain
   Knowledge is the food of brain. When you read books it feeds your brain and make it more capable. 

> Increase Creativity
     Books do not have sound and videos so the brain use its own function to play that’s why book is more powerful and best for our brain than TV and video games.

>Focusing Power
     When we are reading books we imagine that what is written in the book and we don’t distract. If you read book regularly you will focus full mind power in the book which helps to focus on your work too.

>Exercise for memory
     When you read book you’ll find new story or words. When you search and work for this it’ll be exercise of brain. These points are taken from the book “The Miracle Morning” by Hal  Elrod. In this book he explained how he get success and live healthy, happy life after his accident. He suggest these morning habits are very effective in our life. In this book he share 6 morning ritual to achieve goals and be what you want in life.
