How to use free time

We all do work, study, play or anything but we are a lot of time by doing good for our life. Sometimes we watch TV or scroll Facebook or discuss with friends in a nonsense topic. Which may be your habit and that effect in your daily life without realizing you being lazy and unhealthy. You repeat this day by day and it becomes your habit. But you can replace this habit with new, healthy and positive habits. Which make you healthy, mentally strong and positive.


➤Meditation
        Meditation is one of the best ways to utilize free time. It helps to control thoughts and make your mind stressfree. If you are a beginner sit in a quiet place, set an alarm for 2 3 mins and focus on your breath.


➤Exercise
        Exercise is good for physical and mental health.  When you exercise your heart start beating fastly which helps to increase muscles, reduce anxiety, increase the oxygen level in the blood etc.


➤Reading Books 
        The habit of reading books helps to get success in your life. Like exercise for the body, reading book helps to improve brain structure and your knowledge. It helps to improve personality, increase in your creativity etc.
