Bad Habits That always Drag You Down

All peoples have their own lifestyle and habits. Some of them have positive habits but most of them have negative Which have always negative results. So, you have to aware of this and try to change this type of habits. Some of the common bad habits are:-

>Watching TV
             Watching TV for hours and hours is the most common habit at this time. Watching TV has a more negative effect than positive effects. Who watches TV for hours and hours decrease creativity of a person, a man becomes, learn negative things etc.

>Social Media
           Social Media is the most common easy idea for time pass. Everyone has smartphone and computer in hand. They usually involve in social community in social media and starts a useless conversation which makes their time waste and they don't aware of their future life too. So using social media for no reason is also a bad habit for teenagers and adults.

>Skip learning after school life
           Most of the people think that school life is only where they have to read and grow. But the reality is exactly opposite of that the school is the beginning of learning and gain knowledge. Most of the successful person says that reading books and learning is the main secret to their success. So be calm, read books and grow your knowledge.


>Not having a clear goal
         You must have a clear goal to succeed in your life. If you have a goal you work for that but if you don't have you always be confused what to or what not to do. Having goal leads to your life through the darkness towards bright side of your life.

>Complaining
         When someone complains of something he always sees the negative side of that objects or persons. Complain all the time your mind triggered to look negative and wrong thin happen that makes always upset and unhappy all the time. Try to not complain for a week and see the difference.
